E-TIC in Mali and Senegal is closely working with populations who have low or no literacy. In this context, illustrations are a good means of communication. Different artists have created illustrations, a basis for educational materials and posters. Very special thanks go to the illustrators. She spent several years in Mauritania working as a Peace Corps Volunteer in the public health and sanitation prior to marrying Shindouk Mohammed Lamine, Touareg chief of the Oulad Nagim Community, in Northern Mali.
